Postpartum Cooking

I know how stressful life can be after your newborn arrives, and cooking is often one of the first things to fall by the wayside. Yet this is one of the most important things, postpartum, to help your body heal and recover from birth. Having nourishing meals delivered to you can help lower your stress level and allow you to focus on what is important, taking care of yourself and your baby. I offer a few different options to help you here. 

  • Single Meal Delivery- I will create a healthy meal for your family and deliver it to your doorstep. This can either be a meal of your choice or a recipe of my own. 

  • Multi Meal Delivery- If you need multiple meals per week/day then we can schedule that also. We can work out a schedule of both fresh or frozen meals to make things easier on you. 

  • Lactation Support/Snacks- If you find you are struggling with milk production I have some delicious snacks and recipes that can help here as well.
